Specifically for frozen food delivery, several HjeX agent location points have been equipped with freezers so they can keep frozen food packages safe until they reach their destination.

Companies can choose delivery:

1. D-A: Door to Agent (Express picks up the package at the sender's address and the recipient picks it up at the destination agent)

2. D-D: Door to Door (Expresso picks up the package at the sender's address and Expresso delivers the package to the recipient's address)
