We've redefined the way voice messages and text messages work. You can simply chat in any of our chats. When you speak, we deliver your voice and your transcript – all in real time.

Other participants see messages from you appearing as you speak, the last one growing word by word. Once they activate listening mode, they will be able to listen to you too.

Natural, stress-free communication without calls

We have built a way that makes most of our usual calls redundant, offering a much more convenient and stress-free alternative.

There are no calls in Real Chat. Urgency has its moments, but most of our daily conversations don't fall into that category. And we do everything we can to better accommodate these conversations.

Almost all features of your favorite chat

- Rich markup – with @mentions, `code` and ```code blocks```, *italics*, **bold**, etc.

We implement all the main security practices and policies that the main players in this space use. In particular, our applications only use SSL-encrypted connections; our databases are encrypted and only accessible to our production cluster; everything is hosted on the Google Cloud Platform, which provides a secure foundation by design.

In the long term, we aim to offer one of the most secure means available and introduce features such as automatic content expiration, end-to-end encryption, and a mode that allows you to store absolutely nothing on your device.
